Description of Work:

  • Turnkey modular construction of Nine (9) apartment units in Two (2) separate buildings including One (1) community room.
  • This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. Certified state and local SBE/MBE/WBE and Section 3 workers and companies are highly encouraged to submit.  Monthly employee utilization reporting also required.
  • State and Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates apply (for work performed onsite).
  • All proposals must be broken down for each trade/line item you are bidding utilizing the “Trade Payment Breakdown” as attached.
  • Job is CT tax exempt.
  • Bonding is required by modular contractor.
  • Building permit, if required, only by Owner.
  • All proposals must include cost for their respective permits if required.
