- Robert Cappelletti, Executive Director of MHA since 2009. Mr. Cappelletti has over twenty-five years’ experience supervising the integration and management of affordable housing and rehabilitative service programs. Rob is one of three recipients of an award for furthering affordable housing from the Affordable Housing Committee of the CT Bankers Association on November 28, 2017.
- Attorney Cornelius J. Ivers, Chairman of MHA since 2007. Attorney Ivers was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1978 and the Federal District of Connecticut also in 1978. Neil holds his own law office in Meriden, CT.
- Scott Griffith, Vice Chairman of MHA since 2005. He founded Grace Place in 2013, a food and clothing pantry located in Meriden, CT serving over 600 families a month throughout Meriden communities.
- Carlos Ruiz, Treasurer of MHA since 2016. Mr. Ruiz is currently a Project Manager for Mohawk Northeast, Inc. He provides construction engineering and manages property acquisition processes. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from New York University – Tandon School of Engineering and a studied Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering from the University of Hartford.
- Nancy Rosado, Resident Commissioner of MHA with over ten years of experience in social services and grant writing. Ms. Rosado is credited with launching the agency’s first Public Housing Family Self Sufficiency and Resident Services Coordinator programs. Ms. Rosado previously held seats on several city and state boards, and still continues to maintain strong community involvement.
